The World Rules apply in whole to all registrants of the "Resident Of The World" or "President Of The World" websites, or to any "User" of "Resident Of The World" or "President Of The World" websites, or to any browser of the websites.

Registration
1.1    You cannot register more than once.

1.2    You warrant that all registration information given is faithful and accurate.

1.3    Your profile may not include any form of Prohibited Content, as outlined in Rule 3 below.

1.4    "Resident Of The World" or "President Of The World" keeps the right to cancel your access to the websites, remove your profile at any time, for any or no reason, with or without prior notice or explanation, and without liability.

 1.5    You may cancel your Membership at any time, for any reason, by following the instructions on the Member's Account Setting page

 1.6    "Resident Of The World" or "President Of The World" may add or modify rules from time to time. Your continued use of "Resident Of The World" or "President Of The World" websites after a revised or added rules have been posted means your acceptance of the new rules. It is therefore important that you review these rules regularly to ensure you are updated as to any changes.

Permanent Defender
2.1    Every Resident is a Defender of the World in using the Report feature.
Some Residents may become Permanent Defenders and in turn be able to delete instantly content that is inappropriate. If you wish to become a Permanent Defender, please click on the link 'Become a Defender' below and register. Your application will be validated by the Administrator. If you are appointed as a Defender you will receive a message of confirmation.

Please do report comments, pictures, videos or behaviour that is degrading, racist, pornographic or extremist.

Permanent Defenders have the right to immediately remove any illegal content of a text, image or video.

2.2    Permanent Defenders receive requests for reporting and decision to take action against any offence made by a Resident will be appointed by the Administrator.

- Lives & Extras

 5.1    Every Person who registers to become a Resident of the World automatically receives 100 Lives. The most powerful resources every Resident has in his possession are Lives.

5.2    The number of Lives reflects the popularity, success and social status of a Resident in the World.

5.3    Lives give Residents the opportunity to become a Deputy and the potential to become the President Of The World.

5.4    Unpopular Residents may lose Lives and see a decline in their influence within the World.

5.5    Lives can be used for all standard features within the World.

5.6    Residents can exchange their Lives to send messages or conduct election campaigns.

5.7    Each Resident can allocate a limited number of Positive or Negative Lives to other Residents. This, in turn, changes the Lives balances, hence the Notoriety, of other Residents.

5.8    You cannot allocate more than 5 Lives to each Resident per day.

Club Set Up:
Upon registration, any Resident is allowed to set up one Club and to become it’s ClubLeader or/and can join any existing Club that has been created by another Resident. (Check Club details in the Home Page’s Menu).

 Major Challenges:
Three major challenges are proposed to the Residents of the World:
Writing of the Constitution,(Check Constitution details in the Home Page Menu)
Election of Deputies
Election of The President of the World.
