 The interlock factor of an ultimate success is intelligence.  There is no curiosity if there is no intelligence

And curiosity is the engine of the future.

 Intelligence has several forms and it changes over time.

Is an animal aware of being smart? No. Is a human conscious of being smart? Neither.

Otherwise, they become opportunistic.

 Over millions of years, animals and humans have adapted physically to the changing environment.

Animals had changed in shape, had developed members of their body to live in environments more favorable to their survival.

Man discovered fire. He could cook the meat and thus less time chewing his food.

Taking less time chewing his food, his brain was able to better develop. He could spend his time to other pursuits. He began walking on feet, using hands for more sophisticated activities.  Curiosity is born.

 In this case is the hazard the source of intelligence?

And Human could settle for a stationary state.

How could a Human riding a horse, four times his size and eight times his weight without the need to explore and therefore without the Curiosity. The desire to domesticate horses had changed the World.

 Risk-takers are the main source of recreation and an evolving World.

‘This is not the Path that creates Difficulty, but this is the Difficulty that creates the Path.’

Difficulties will generate a specific Energy for Risk-takers that keeps them alive.

This Energy could be, for sometimes, out of control and could lead to disasters or to acts of genius. But at the final end, with all disasters humans were subjected to, the sum is largely positive, since Humanity keeps growing: ‘be fruitful and multiply’.

 Shall we abolish Risk-taking? Hazard isn’t another source of Energy?

If satisfied, we do agree on everything and hence we become an observer. It is a good resolution i.e. we are overjoyed with happiness, and ultimately why changing this, especially if we are fully conscious of the happiness.
Curiosity is an animal phenomenon. It is an occupation of the mind. It derives from the bores. We are bored eating the same grass. We seek another one, not far from the land where our happiness flourishes.
This is an expedition. An expedition necessarily generates a risk that could jeopardize our current happiness.
Should we make this expedition?

Originally, a World is based on a participative democracy, but well beyond, the World will be evolving.

The Constitution will be written through the will of Residents, they decide its outcome.
The Residents themselves will provide the leadership that this World must take and not the original designer that had set the rules; i.e. The rules that the designer sets now, will have to change. Changes will apply gradually as the Constitution will be written. It is the Constitution which will build and change the rules.

Therefore, the world will be totally independent of its current designer. At some point, there will be a breaking point with the original designer. The World will have its own dynamics, governed by the Articles of the constitution.

The stimulus is not only to govern the world, being elected President Of The World, which is a goal in itself, but to have the ability to model a policy before applying it somewhere.
Everyone can see how a particular policy may change in this World with its own rules and dynamics.

Lots of men in power, politicians, would be interesting to watch how this World can change.
The World will be the research center for everyone.
By applying a precise policy at Resident of the World, thanks to it, it will be possible to have a result before the Result.

Which Governor did not dream of that? I called this Version the Vortex.

I am thinking of the foundation of the United States of America, the French Revolution or further back in history to the land of the Rising sun and the construction of the Great Wall of China. If only we were a hundred-years old today and able to report on the happenings in Russia in the early 20th Century. Many people observed the destruction of the world and its values during the first and second world wars. How did these important events that so changed our world start? We have access to numerous answers in history books, based on the assumptions of historians and researchers. But are we really satisfied by their answers? Questions and answers are still pending. How did events, decisions, political groups, economic and social developments come into being day by day and hour by hour? Why on the one hand did some lead to democracies and on the other hand to totalitarian regimes? How did ordinary people become leaders, spread their ideas and become the people in power?

President.Of.The.World gives its Residents the opportunity to be part of the creation and development of a new world, to become involved or even to become the people in power. It provides a forum to develop socio-professional and political ideas with other Residents of The World and to build an exchange network of ideas world wide. Every Resident can have their say and propose and lead discussions about new ideas and subjects. Your own capital is made out of conviction and sympathy. Rules are unsettled, flexible and unpredictable. Above all, President.Of.The.World, should not be considered as a Virtual World. It should have a real impact on our lives and the evolution of our present world.
