The Council Of Elders is the highest Authority of Resident Of The World and President Of The World.
The Council overseas the functioning of the World.
At first the Council will consist of the President of the Board and two members of the World who will be selected by the President of the Board.
The number of Council members will be extended to 8 in the future. Four members will be selected by the President of the Board. The other four members will be selected by the President of the World from amongst the World's SuperDeputies, former Vice Presidents or former Presidents of the World.
The members of the Council of Elders are renewed every six months, following the election of the President of the World.
The President of the Board will be appointed soon. We will provide more details later.
