To have a chance of taking part in SuperDeputy elections, a Resident must first become a Deputy.

Elections will begin when there are a minimum of 500 Deputies in Resident Of The World and will occur in two stages.

First stage:
Candidates for SuperDeputy elections are selected by RANDOM from pools of 500 Deputies,
without a humain intervention.

The 20 Deputies with the highest number of Life Points amongst each Pool of 500 of Deputies are eligible for the SuperDeputy elections and can campaign for ONE MONTH to become Super Deputy.

Number of Pools of 500 Deputies will be determined by the total number of Deputies divided by 500.
For example, if total number of Deputies in Resident Of The World is 25,300 Deputies, than number of Pools will be 51.
Hence, 50 Pools of 500 Deputies each and 1 Pool of 300 Deputies will be selected by RANDOM.
 
Second Stage:
Only One Deputy will be appointed as a SuperDeputy from a group of 500 Deputies.
The winner of each Pool is the One who collects the maximum of Life Points during the month of campaign.
They will be appointed as SuperDeputy and join of the Congress of the World.



All Deputies have the right to participate in the elections and may submit their applications in the Section 'Conduct a Campaign'.
Only Deputies who have submitted their application preceding the First Stage can be part of the selection by Random of Groups of 500 Deputies and therefore can participate to the SuperDeputies Election.
 
A SuperDeputy is elected for  3 Months.
Residents will be informed of the dates of elections.


The Constitutional Council encourages all Deputies to participate.

In the future, the Constitution may decide otherwise, according to the will of the Residents.
